Each exercise should be done for 3-5 sets. Amongst the list, choose 3 exercises daily. 3. Each set should be for minimun 15 seconds upto a minute, depending on individual tolerance. 4. Continuing such exercises will help you in the long term instead of relying solely on pain killers. 5. Avoid these exercise in case of acute pain.
